It is the responsibility of the person receiving the items to inspect them upon delivery. If anything has been damaged due to the delivery of the item, you would need to notify Bellydanceon immediately within 2 days of receiving the item. There are no replacements on items that have been used then damaged. It is up to the consumer to take great care of each item to ensure it to remain in optimum condition. This includes all Bellydanceon merchandise.
CARING FOR YOUR NEW ITEMS
It is the responsibility of the person to take great care of your new merchandise. If you do not know how to correctly clean and care for your new garments and costume pieces please see your local cleaners for proper instructions. Please be sure to clean you garment once you first receive it. Do this before wearing your garment for the first time and as needed after each use. Some items may actually need spot cleaned. Please see your local cleaners for proper care of your new merchandise.
Jewelry Return Policy
This only applies to Jewelry that has been damaged by the shipper, and it must be return in its original package unopened.
- Any items returned without a Return Authorization (RMA) Number, a completed RMA form , and a copy of the sales invoice will be discarded. No credits will be applied.
- Your Name, full Address and number issued to you by Belly Dance On must be written on return box or label, or box will not be accepted.
- Returns on sales invoices older than 7 days after shipping date will not be accepted. Any returns received will be issued as a store credit to your Bellydanceon Account. We do NOT issue exchanges or replacements.
- Customers are responsible for the applicable shipping charges for items returned.
- The RMA number is only valid for 1 weeks. If the return is not shipped within this 1
- week period, you will NOT be credited.
